La Giunta Regionale dell’Umbria - nella redazione del Regolamento Attuativo dell’ art. 7 della Legge sulla Famiglia - nonostante i nostri emendamenti ha deciso di disattendere ogni proposta del Forum e ha approvato alcune inaccettabili disposizioni che stravolgono alla radice la definizione di famiglia. In particolare è che sia stata definita famiglia anche quella “unipersonale di donne”.
E’ matter of common knowledge as well as legally sanctioned by Constitution, the Civil Code and by the same regional law on family family that is meant for a community of people united by the bond of marriage or at least of kinship. How can the region Umbria define family a woman who lives alone? It is not clear how a single person is considered family and can thus access to the resources allocated in support of families !

Nulla di questo è stato fatto, anzi sono state escluse dagli interventi le famiglie con ISEE inferiore a 7500 Euro, e which is precisely those most in need of such support.
